Netflix has released its report for the February 2023 ISP Speed Index for the Philippines, ranking select broadband internet service providers (ISPs) in the country based on their performance.

As per the latest report, Converge ICT Solution, Globe Telecom, Sky Cable, and PLDT shared the top spot, listing average speeds of 3.4 Mbps, the same speed recorded the previous month.

Royal Cable placed second with an average speed of 3.2 Mbps.

The report noted that PLDT and Globe Telecom both provide DSL (digital subscriber line) and fiber networks. Meanwhile, Sky Cable, Royal Cable, and Converge offer both cable and fiber internet.

The top Philippine telcos' 3.4 Mbps record in the February 2023 Netflix ISP Index was likewise on par with those of other nations.

Among the countries that reached the same average speed were Argentina, Austria, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, France, Greece, Indonesia, Mexico, Peru, Poland, Taiwan, Trinidad & Tobago, Türkiye, and Uruguay.
