If the SIM card linked to your GCash got lost, stolen, or expired, here are some steps you need to follow to continue using the e-wallet service. GCash SIM Card Lost or Stolen: What to Do Follow these steps if you've lost your SIM card or phone with your GCash-registered account. Step 1: Report immediately via GCash's Gigi Chat Support. Go to https://help.gcash.com and click on the "Chat with Gigi" button at the lower right of your screen. Provide Gigi with the required information, such as your GCash-registered email and 11-digit mobile number. When asked about your concern, type "I lost my SIM/phone." GCash's customer support will temporarily suspend your account to keep your funds safe. Please take note of the 8-digit reference number that the customer service agent will endorse, as this will be asked when requesting to lift the suspension. Goddess Of Victory: Nikke has launched the "Cherry Blossom" update, bringing a new SSR character, Liberation System update, and events with generous rewards. Check out the details below.

New SSR character: Sakura

Sakura, a Nikke belonging to the underworld queen, guides the Seimeikai organization, assisting in establishing its reputation for honorable conduct.

Sakura brings this principle into battle as a member of your squad, providing support for allies while dealing damage with her long-range sniper rifle.

The Cherry Blossom Update includes an in-game event centered on Sakura's story.

Learn more about Sakura while clearing levels and earning rewards redeemable for skill materials, research materials, and even recruit vouchers.

In addition, the Cherry Blossom Update brings a special 7-day Login event with additional daily rewards for players to obtain.

New Liberation System Update

Nikkes are in rehabilitation and require your assistance. The Cherry Blossom update also includes the Liberation System 5.1 update, which includes the eagerly anticipated Nikke, Nihilister.

Nikke Nihilister

Nihilister will only be available via Liberation and can't be obtained by any other recruitment modes.

To gain access to the new Liberation characters, players must also first complete mainline quests 20-31 and at least one NIKKE rehabilitation, so be sure to put in some time grinding.

To enter the Liberation game mode, simply tap the Liberation Button in the upper left corner of the Character page or access thru the Elevator in the Ark Outpost.
